A scale from 1- 4 indicating the product strength is found at the top right of the can. The product strength is highlighted in a darker color so you can't miss it!

The strength is not only determined by the nicotine content but also rating the whole experience. The nicotine content might not be the same as the perceived strength as it depends on the amount of nicotine absorbed from the pouch which depends on several factors.

How to use

ZYN is very discreet and convenient to use. Since the pouch is thin and small no one will see that you have it under your lip. Use it at work, on long journeys or at home when you relax.

Break perforation on side label. Put the pouch under your upper lip. For maximum enjoyment, use minimum 5 minutes up to an hour. You will feel a tingling sensation which is the nicotine under your lip. This feeling will decrease in intensity. Discard the pouch in the waste compartment after use.
