How it works :



1. Create your delivery
Choose your flavours, quantities and location

2. Change it up
Switch flavours, quantity, delivery dates or delivery address, up to 3 days before your next delivery date (we cannot update your subscription after this as your order will already be in the process of being shipped).

2. Skip and edit
You can skip deliveries*, or you may edit or cancel up to 3 days before your next delivery (we cannot edit your subscription after this cut-off date as your order will already be in the process of being shipped).

ZYN Subscription lets you set up free regular deliveries of your favourite ZYN directly to your door.

Log in to your account on zyn.com or call the Customer Care team. Choose your flavours and how many ZYN cans you’d like delivered each month (with a maximum of 20 ZYN cans)

You’ll then need to enter your payment details and accept the terms and conditions.  Don’t forget to show proof of ID to receive your first delivery.

Unfortunately, no. You can only have one ZYN Subscription set up at any one time.

No, there is no fixed commitment period for ZYN Subscription. It is simply an ongoing delivery arrangement, which you can pause or opt out of at any time.

We know your plans can change, and you might not be able to receive your next delivery as scheduled. You will always be able to skip a delivery – just go to the top of your dashboard, where the details about your next delivery are shown.

 

You can skip delivery for up to a maximum of 90 days. Once your designated deliveries have been skipped, your service will then automatically resume as planned, based on your current Standard Order and schedule.

 

Please note: 

If your request is after the Cut-Off Date for your next delivery (which means it is already in the process of being shipped), it will still be delivered on schedule, and you will be charged as normal. You will be able to skip the following delivery.

We take your payment each month and process it when your order is being prepared for shipping, which is on or around the Cut-Off Date.

If you change your delivery date, your payment date will change accordingly.

You can check your next delivery dates, and Cut-Off Date for each order, when you log into your ZYN account and view your dashboard.

Any changes you make to quantities, types of products, and possibly even flavours, might change the price of your recurring delivery.

If there are changes to shipping costs, we’ll tell you before we take any extra payments from you.

You can easily customize your Standard Order to increase it up to a maximum of 20 ZYN cans.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched for delivery, it’ll be added to the “My Orders” section of your account.

We’ll also email you your order details, so you can track your delivery with the shipping provider.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived for any reason, we’ll let you know why your order couldn't be shipped to you.

If there’s a problem with your payment, we need to cancel your ZYN Subscription and you’ll need to set up a new ZYN Subscription order with updated payment details.

Where the delivery address is no longer current, or contains an error, you will also need to create a new ZYN Subscription order with your up-to-date delivery address.

In the unlikely event that one of our products is temporarily out-of-stock, your entire delivery will be skipped for the month(s) until we can successfully ship your order in full.  In this case, we will be sure to inform you of any delays as soon as possible. 

You can opt out of ZYN Subscription at any time, for any reason, and you won’t have to pay any cancellation fee.

If you cancel after the Cut-Off Date for changes to your next scheduled delivery, this order will still be delivered, and you’ll still be charged. 

Your ZYN Subscription will then be cancelled, and you won’t have any future payments to make. 

If you change your mind about cancelling your ZYN Subscription, you can log back into your account and reactivate it.

 

Please note:

If you wish to return any unopened ZYN cans, you will be able to do so in line with our standard returns and refunds policy – visit [https://www.zyn.com/gb/en/delivery-and-returns.html] for more information.  

You can’t transfer your ZYN Subscription or give it to someone else.

Unfortunately, you cannot reactivate your ZYN Subscription. You'll need to set up a new ZYN Subscription order.
