ZYN SUMMER RAFFLE PROMO 2026
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The ZYN Summer Raffle Promo with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise smoke or use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).
I. GENERAL
1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.
2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.
4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.
II. AGE VERIFICATION
1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.
ANNEX A
MECHANICS
1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:
(a) Customers can avail themselves of the ZYN Summer Raffle Promo 2026 if they fulfill all the following:
a. Customers residing in the Philippines
b. Customers who have a valid government-issued ID (i.e Passport, Driver’s License, UMID, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, etc.)
c. Customers must have a valid ZYN account
d. Must not be an employee of: (i) PMFTC and its affiliates; (ii) ActivAsia Inc.; (iii) advertising and promotions agencies involved in the Offer
e. Must not be a relative up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity of an employee of PMFTC and its affiliates, ActivAsia Inc., and advertising and promotion agencies involved in the Offer.
2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:
(a) Offer period is from March 23, 2026 to April 30.
(b) The Offer can be availed at any IQOS stores and ZYN.com.
3. Specific Terms of the Offer:
A Customer can participate in the Offer by:
1. The purchase of any can/s within the promo period automatically entitles the Customer the opportunity to win an all-expense paid trip for two (2) to Siargao from May 28, 2026 to May 30, 2026.
2. By joining the Offer, each Customer agrees to provide PMFTC, its authorized representatives, and third-party service providers with their personal data. The personal data of the Customer such as but not limited to name, address, email, and contact number will be used to determine capacity and eligibility to participate and win in the Offer. PMFTC will only process personal data indicated on winning electronic entries. Personal data on all other electronic entries will not be processed and will be disposed of. PMFTC will keep the electronic entries for (60) sixty days after the end of the promotion and will be processed in accordance with https://www.pmiprivacy.com/global/en.
Selection and qualification of winners
1. Unless otherwise provided here, the selection of the winners will be final.
2. To be qualified as a winner, there must be no evidence of fraud, irregularity, or illegal acts. PMFTC reserves the right to conduct checks and verifications on any selected winner for purposes of complying PMFTC’s policies and procedures and applicable laws, and select alternative winners if PMFTC reasonably believes that the distribution of the prizes to such winners would be in breach of PMFTC’s policies, these terms and conditions or any applicable laws.
4. ZYN Summer Raffle Winners:
There will be a total of 5 winners for the raffle promotion. Each Customer may only win once throughout the duration of the Offer. Customers cannot win multiple times.
Prize
Number of Winners: Five (5)
Each winner will be allowed to bring one additional companion for the reward trip.
Inclusions for the winners and their plus one include the following:
1. Roundtrip Airfare
2. 7 kg Hand Carry Baggage
3. 20 kg Round Trip Check in Baggage
4. 3 Days 2 Nights Hotel Accommodation
5. Airport transfer to and from the Hotel in (TBC Venue)
6. Tours specified in the Package to be communicated separately
7. Meals listed in the Package to be communicated separately
8. Travel Insurance
9. Philippine Travel Tax (if applicable)
Not included:
- Shopping money
- Expenses of a Personal Nature (eg. Telephone Calls, Shopping Sprees, Mini Bar, laundry)
- Other expenses outside the travel dates indicated
(b) Winners that are selected will be subject to age and identity verification.
(c) Prizes under this Offer are not transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.
5. Notification of ZYN Summer Raffle winners:
(a) Winners will be notified via calls by PMFTC’s authorized representative. By participating in the Offer, Customers are encouraged to ensure that their mobile number in their account is active and that they have opted-in for the marketing communications.
(b) PMFTC’s representative will attempt to contact the winner three (3) times a day for two (2) days. If the winner is still unresponsive, they will waive the prize, and the prize will be granted to a new winner subject to the same eligibility verification process.
(c) Winners of the Offer shall undergo verification, where they will be required among others to submit a valid government issued ID and a signed program participation agreement within two (2) days from the date they are notified. If any winner fails to submit these requirements and/or does not meet the eligibility requirements, he/she will be disqualified, and his/her prize will be deemed forfeited. PMFTC reserves the right to select other winners and be subject to the same eligibility verification process.
(d) When claiming their prizes, all winners of the Offer agree to provide their consent that their names will be published in ZYN official channels including but not limited to ZYN.com, ZYN Philippines Facebook page, and ZYN Philippines Instagram page.
6. Claiming of prizes
(a) Winners can bring one (1) legal aged companion for the Offer. They will be required to submit both a government-issued ID and sign the program participation agreement.
(b) Once verified by PMFTC’s authorized representative, winners of the Offer will be requested to submit the necessary travel documents or information within May 28, 2026 to May 30, 2026 for PMFTC representatives to book and process their flights. Failure to submit the required documents in the aforementioned dates will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
7. Others
(a) Customers/winners in the Offer agree to be bound by these mechanics, and by all decisions of PMFTC and its agents on all matters related to its implementation.
(b) Prizes are non-transferrable. Prizes in kind are not convertible to cash.
