The pouch, including its contents do not meet biodegradability standards; therefore, the pouch and its contents, should be disposed of in the trash with the general waste.
Please throw the used pouch in the trash with the general waste for proper disposal. If there is no trash bin nearby, you can temporarily keep the used nicotine pouches in the compartment on the lid of the ZYN can.

Using ZYN

Store your ZYN pouches in the can and in a place inaccessible to children. It is not necessary to store them in the freezer or refrigerator.
The lid on the top of the can is for temporarily keeping used pouches until you are able to find a trash can to throw them away.
Some users may experience a tingling sensation. The experience varies from person to person. 
It differs from person to person. For some people the tingling sensation is felt throughout the use of a pouch, for others it subsides after some minutes. Some users do not experience it.
It is not recommended to eat or drink when using ZYN nicotine pouches.

All items ordered with ZYN depend upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products , so we'll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.

Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so we'll get in touch to let you know.

Yes, you can choose or amend your delivery address at the checkout stage. 

The default setting for the delivery address is your saved address, but you can choose to add a new one by clicking ‘Add a new address’.

We will send an email once your order has been dispatched for delivery.

You can also check your account to see the progress of an order or to track it.

Please note that sometimes we ship items separately because their availability might vary, so your order may arrive in different deliveries.

You can check the status of your orders via your account on the website.

Login to see each individual order that you’ve placed with us. 

Select the one that you want to see more details about that order. 

We will also send you a dispatch email as soon as your order is on its way.

Your account will show all your previous orders, that have been confirmed.

If the order has been sent with tracking then you will be able to click through to track it from your account.

You can also see the expected delivery date for your order on the dispatch email we sent you when your order is on its way to you.

You can cancel an order for ZYN nicotine pouches that has not yet been prepared for dispatch or has not been sent to you yet.

To cancel, please select the order that you wish to cancel. You can choose to cancel individual items or the whole order.

Delivery

We will send you an email as soon as your ZYN nicotine pouches order is on its way. With this you can access more information about your delivery. 

For example, for tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email or located in your account to check where your order is.

Orders from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm are packed as they are received, rest assured orders within these hours will be delivered within the day.
Orders from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm are sent out as they are received within the day, your rider will contact you before attempting to deliver.
There will be another attempt to deliver your order on the next day. Additional attempts after the first 2 will be subject to additional charges (P100) per attempt.
