ZYN - REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM (MEMBER GET MEMBER)
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The ZYN - Refer a Friend Program (Member Get Member) with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise smoke or use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. ZYN.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of ZYN.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and ZYN.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a
Customer’s IQOS.com/ZYN.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.

3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.

II. AGE VERIFICATION

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

MECHANICS

ZYN - REFER A FRIEND (MEMBER GET MEMBER)

1. Definitions

a) “Godfather” or “GF” means an eligible existing ZYN adult consumer who receives a unique referral code and shares that code with an eligible Godson.

b) “Godson” or “GS” means an eligible adult consumer who has no previous ZYN can purchase and uses a valid GF referral code for the GS’s first ZYN can purchase.

c) “Successful Referral” means a unique GS’s completed and valid first ZYN can purchase using the GF’s referral code, after the transaction has been validated and has not been cancelled, returned, refunded, or otherwise failed.

d) “Free Can Voucher” means the unique voucher code issued to an eligible GF for one (1) free ZYN can, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

a) Godfather eligibility. A GF must be an active ZYN adult consumer who, during the six (6) months before the Offer, meets at least one of the following criteria:

a. is an active ZYN Godfather that has at least one (1) ZYN transaction;
b. is identified as a 4+ adult consumer; or
c. is identifies as a ZYN Empty Can Redemption consumer

b) Godson eligibility. A GS must have no previous ZYN can purchase. Adult samplers and adult IQOS or TEREA users may participate, provided they otherwise meet all eligibility requirements and are purchasing their first ZYN can.

c) Each GF may generate rewards for a maximum of ten (10) unique Successful Referrals during the Offer. Referral attribution is recorded at the individual GF level.

d) Each GS may use one (1) referral code only and may avail of the GS benefit once, solely on the GS’s first ZYN can purchase.

3. Offer Period and Participating Stores

a) The referral and GS purchase period is from October 23, 2026 until November 30, 2026 only (“Offer Period”).

b) The Offer may be availed of at participating official IQOS Stores nationwide, subject to store operations, product availability, age verification, and validation of the referral code.

c) A GS must complete the eligible first ZYN can purchase and redeem the GS discount no later than November 30, 2026. Unused GS referral benefits expire after this date.

4. Godson Benefit and Redemption

a) A qualified GS who presents or applies a valid referral code during the Offer Period will receive a fifty-peso (PHP 50) discount on the GS’s first ZYN can purchase.

b) The GS discount may be applied to any available ZYN variant and nicotine strength level, subject to product availability and applicable purchase restrictions

c) The referral code must be provided before completion of the transaction. The discount cannot be credited retroactively to a completed purchase.

d) The GS discount is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for another benefit.

5. Godfather Reward and Voucher Issuance

a) For every unique Successful Referral, the eligible GF will receive one (1) Free Can Voucher, up to the maximum of ten (10) Free Can Vouchers during the Offer.

b) The Free Can Voucher code will be sent to the GF’s registered email address and/or mobile number within five (5) to seven (7) business days after the Successful Referral has been validated.

c) The GF is responsible for keeping the GF’s registered contact details current and accurate. Proof that the reward notification was sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number will be treated as proof of delivery of the notification, subject to applicable law.

d) A transaction that is cancelled, returned, refunded, unpaid, undelivered, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise unsuccessful will not qualify as a Successful Referral and will not earn a Free Can Voucher.

6. Godfather Voucher Redemption

a) Each Free Can Voucher entitles the eligible GF to one (1) free ZYN can of any available variant and nicotine strength level, subject to product availability.

b) The GF may redeem the Free Can Voucher on the GF’s next eligible purchase at a participating official IQOS Store. The free ZYN can cannot be claimed as the only item in the transaction. At least one (1) other item must be included in the same cart and purchased in the same transaction.

c) Each Free Can Voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2026. Any unused Free Can Voucher expires after this date and will not be reissued, extended, refunded, or converted to cash, except where required by law.

d) The Free Can Voucher must be presented or applied before completion of the transaction and cannot be credited retroactively to a completed purchase.

e) Free Can Vouchers are unique to the eligible GF, non-transferable, not for resale, not exchangeable, and not convertible to cash.

7. Restrictions and Validation

a) A referral is valid only when the GS is unique, eligible, and uses the relevant GF referral code for the GS’s first ZYN can purchase during the Offer Period.

b) Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, sharing or use of codes in a fraudulent or abusive manner, and transactions intended to circumvent the referral limit are prohibited and may be invalidated, subject to applicable law and required regulatory approval.

c) The GS discount and Free Can Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers, or discounts unless PMFTC and/or AAI expressly states otherwise in writing.

d) PMFTC and/or AAI records regarding referral-code use, transaction status, eligibility, voucher issuance, and voucher redemption will govern the validation of benefits under the Offer, subject to applicable law.

8. Failed or Cancelled Transactions

a) If a transaction using a referral code or Free Can Voucher is not completed because of cancellation, failed payment, failed delivery, return, refund, or another failed-transaction event, the corresponding discount or reward may be invalidated.

b) Any request to review a failed transaction or an allegedly unused voucher will be subject to verification of the transaction, the Customer’s continued eligibility, compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and the applicable customer-care process. Any replacement, if approved, will be issued only once and will retain the original December 31, 2026 redemption deadline unless otherwise stated by PMFTC and/or AAI.

9. Other Conditions

a) All ZYN products and variants are subject to availability. No substitution, cash equivalent, or change will be provided for unavailable products unless required by law or expressly announced by PMFTC and/or AAI.

b) PMFTC and/or AAI may amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer, subject to applicable law and required regulatory approval. Any approved change will be communicated through appropriate channels.

c) Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
