ZYN ONBOARDING OFFER

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The ZYN ONBOARDING Offer with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”). 

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of ZYN.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and ZYN.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com/ZYN.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of DTI.

3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.

II. AGE VERIFICATION

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

ANNEX A

MECHANICS

1. Eligibility/Who Can Avail:

(a) To qualify for and be eligible for the Offer, the Customer should have a purchase of ZYN can in their account.

(b) Only Customers who have opted-in to receive marketing communications is eligible for the Offer.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) The Offer period is from March 23, 2026 – January 31, 2026. PMFTC/AAI has the sole discretion to shorten or extend the Offer period if circumstances so warrant.

(b) The Offer is a one-time offer that can only be redeemed by eligible users.

(c) The Offer can be availed at or through the following channels:

a. Official IQOS Stores

b. IQOS.com

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:

a. The Offer is a one-time offer only wherein each voucher can only be used once per user.

i. Estimated Day Received: Day 15

• Voucher Code: ZYND15-XXXX-XXXX

• Redemption Channel: IQOS Store, IQOS.com, Customer Care

• Mechanics: Get one (1) free ZYN can of any variant in either 3mg or 6mg

ii. Estimated Day Received: Day 30

• Voucher Code: ZYND30-XXXX-XXXX

• Redemption Channel: IQOS Store, IQOS.com, Customer Care

• Mechanics: Get one (1) free ZYN can of any variant in either 3mg or 6mg

b. Customers must log in to their IQOS.com account to check if they are eligible for the Offer. IQOS Store Sales Experts can also check the Customer’s profile to see if the Customer is eligible for the Offer.

c. The Offer can’t be combined with other ZYN promotions.

d. PMFTC and/or its authorized representative will verify the identity and age of each Customer. Customers who fail to pass the verification procedure (e.g. age non-eligibility) shall be informed that they are not eligible to avail of the Offer.
