The ZYN Ecomm Momentum Offers with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).

I. GENERAL

1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. ZYN.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of ZYN.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and ZYN.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.

2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com account due fraudulent or illegal activity upon approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.

3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.

4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.

II. AGE VERIFICATION

1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

ANNEX
A MECHANICS

1.Eligibility/Who Can Avail: (a) Consumers may log in to ZYN.com using either an IQOS.com account or a ZYN.com account. 2.Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:

(a) October 24 – December 15, 2026 3. The following products are eligible for the Offer: See Appendix B for full list of eligible products 4. ZYN 10 +1 + Free Gift Promo Mechanics:

(a)The Offer allows Customers to get a P150 discount and free gift when they purchase 10 ZYN Cans.

(b) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions

(c) In case of dispute with respect to the Client’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, PMFTC Inc. decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

(d) Redemption is a maximum of 50 ZYN bundles per 30 days.

5. ZYN 5 + Free Gift Promo Mechanics:

(a)The Offer allows Customers to get a free gift when they purchase 5 ZYN Cans.

(b) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions

(c) In case of dispute with respect to the Client’s eligibility, coverage of dates, and fulfilment, PMFTC Inc. decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

(d) Redemption is a maximum of 50 ZYN bundles per 30 days. '
