ZYN Ecommerce First Purchase Offer
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The ZYN Ecommerce First Purchase Offer with details provided in ANNEX A (“Offer”) is open to legal age users who are at least 18 years old and above (as of the date of his/her participation in the Offer) residing in the Philippines who would otherwise smoke or use tobacco or nicotine containing products (“Customer”).
I. GENERAL
1. This Offer is being carried out by ActivAsia Inc. (“AAI”) as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products. IQOS Stores are operated by AAI and IQOS coaches are authorized sales representatives of AAI. IQOS.com/ZYN.com is owned by Philip Morris International and its affiliate in the Philippines, PMFTC Inc ("PMFTC") and the online store of IQOS.com/ZYN.com is operated by AAI, and all orders are fulfilled by AAI, as an authorized distributor/retail partner of PMFTC products sold in IQOS Stores and IQOS.com/ZYN.com. Deliveries are carried out by AAI or by AAI’s authorized third-party delivery providers.
2. PMFTC/AAI reserves the right to hold, suspend or block a Customer’s IQOS.com/ZYN.com account due to suspicious, fraudulent or illegal activity with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
3. By participating in the Offer, Customer confirms his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided as part of the Offer. Details of such processing are described in Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Consumer Privacy Notice found at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/en/consumer and AAI’s Data Privacy Consent Policy.
4. Government Warning: This product is harmful and contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. This is for use only by adults and is not recommended for use by nonsmokers.
II. AGE VERIFICATION
1. The Customer will be subject to age verification process wherein he/she will be requested to submit a valid Government Issued ID before PMFTC products can be purchased and/or delivered to the Customer. The following valid Government Issued IDs are acceptable as proof of age: Passport, Alien Certificate of Registration, Driver's License, Firearms License, NBI Clearance Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID or Voter's ID.

ZYN Ecommerce First Purchase Offer
1. Eligibility/Who can Avail:
(a) The offer is for Customers that have a valid ZYN.com or IQOS.com account.
(b) The offer is for Customers that do not have any previous ZYN transaction.
(c) The offer is for Customers who will buy a ZYN discovery can bundle from ZYN.com for the first time.
2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail:
(a) Offer period is from May 22, 2026 – December 31, 2026 only.
(b) The offer could be redeemed through the following:

3. Specific Terms of the Offer:
(a) This offer is an automatic discount provided to users who will add the ZYN discovery can bundle in their cart. The auto-discount will only be applicable if the consumer has no previous ZYN purchase recorded in their account.
(b) This voucher offers an adult consumer who is buying their first ZYN discovery bundle a PHP150 discount.
(c) This promo can only be availed once. Once the promo has been used by the customer, he or she will no longer see the promo in the future.
(d) This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/promos/discounts, but customers who avail of this offer are also eligible to receive the starter kit.
(e) The voucher is not transferable and not convertible to cash.
