1. Introduction

  • By entering this prize draw, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all written instructions that we provide. Philip Morris Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

2. Promoter

  • This prize draw is organised and promoted by Philip Morris Limited, located at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP (“we”, “our” or “us”).

3. Prizes.

Winners of this prize draw may win the following prizes:

  • One of 2 pairs of tickets to Epsom Derby on 5th-6th June 2026 taking place in Epsom Racecourse in surrey.

4. Eligibility

  • To enter this prize draw, you must:
  1. be an existing nicotine user; 
  2. be aged 18 or older; and
  3. be a resident of mainland Britain.
  • You cannot enter this prize draw if you:
  1. are an employee of Philip Morris International or one of its affiliate companies; or
  2. are a family member of a person employed by Philip Morris International or one of its affiliate companies; or
  3. work for an agency connected with the conduct and administration of this prize draw.

5. How to Enter

  • This prize draw opens at 00:00 on 20th May and closes at 23:59 on 01st June (the “Promotional Period”). Entries will only be received during the Promotional Period. Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be considered.
  • To enter, entrants must
  • Meet all eligibility requirements;
  • Complete all of the required action(s) during the Promotional Period:
  1. Follow @ZYN_UnitedKingdom on Instagram; 
  2. Like the post  “We’re giving away 2 PAIRS of VIP TICKETS to ZYN X Epsom Derby on the 05-6 th June.”;
  3. Tag an adult smoker or nicotine user you want to bring along.
  4. Each compliant tag of an adult smoker or nicotine user equals one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry complies with these terms and conditions. 
  • There is no charge to submit an entry.
  • We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

6. Prize Allocation

  • 2 winners will receive tickets to attend the event. 
  • All guests must be over the age of 18.
  • The prize excludes:
    • expenses for food and drink; 
    • transport to the venue;
    • accommodation;
    • tax or personal expenses;
    • travel insurance and
    • any other activities or any other costs incurred that are incidental to the prize.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, all costs that are incidental to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
  • Philip Morris Limited accepts no liability for any cancellation, postponement, suspension, or material changes to the event, including changes made by the event organiser or venue. 
  • In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to substitute them with an alternative prize.
  • Event tickets are subject to the event organiser’s own terms and conditions, which apply in full.
  • Winners and their guests shall be responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the event as set by the event’s organiser, including all health, safety and security policies. PML will not be responsible for any failure by you or your guest if you fail to gain entry or re-entry to an event due to non-compliance with the event’s terms and conditions of attendance or admission requirements. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Entrants that comply with clauses 4-5 above and correctly answer the prize draw question shall be entered into the prize draw.
  • Four winners will be selected at random by computer process on (20th May 2026). The winner will be contacted by ZYN UK through a Direct Message on Instagram by (01st June 2026). If a winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within 48 hours of us attempting to contact them, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected and no alternative prize shall be issued. Our decision is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • Tickets to the event shall be sent by email to the address that the winner submitted through the Direct Message.
  • The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • The winner may be required to provide a photographic ID before the award of the prize.
  • We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
  • We must make available information indicating a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who calls our customer service number on 0808 502 2577 or write to our registered address within one month after the Promotional Period. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please let us know using the contact information provided. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8. Data Protection

9. Liability

  • We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize. 
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of us, our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. General

  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
  • The prize draw and these terms will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
