Zyn nicotine pouches can be used as an alternative to smoking or vaping but any consumer concerned about the health effects of smoking or vaping, the best thing to do is quit.
ZYN nicotine pouches contain nicotine, which is addictive. If you do not currently use nicotine, ZYN nicotine pouches are not for you.
In addition to nicotine salt, ZYN nicotine pouches contain only food-grade ingredients. ZYN nicotine pouches contain nicotine, flavourings and cellulose and an ingredients list is on the can.
Currently, ZYN nicotine pouches are available in two pouch sizes: Mini and Regular.
ZYN Mini nicotine pouches offer a smooth and mellow nicotine experience.
ZYN Regular offers a well-balanced flavour and nicotine experience. ZYN Regular is also available in higher strengths.
A can of ZYN Regular can contain 20 – 21 pouches.
A can of ZYN Mini can contain 15 – 20 pouches.
No, ZYN does not contain tobacco. If ZYN is regulated for sale in NZ, ZYN nicotine pouches will not contain any tobacco.
For 18+ smokers and vapers who have never tried nicotine pouches before, but who would like to switch to them, we recommend choosing ZYN Mini X-Low pouches or ZYN Mini for a mellow nicotine experience (not currently available in New Zealand).
For a fuller nicotine experience, we recommend choosing from ZYN Regular range of Medium to Strong nicotine pouches.
ZYN nicotine pouches do not contain any animal products. ZYN is not third party certified as vegan product.
ZYN is simple to use.
- Step 1. Break the seal to open the can.
- Step 2. Place a ZYN pouch under your upper lip. You may feel a tingling sensation which is an expected part of the experience.
- Step 3: Enjoy for around 30 minutes.
- Step 4. You can keep the used pouches in the compartment on the lid or dispose responsibly in your household or public waste container.
Only use one pouch at a time.
Nicotine pouches are single use only and should never be re-used.
Nicotine pouches are intended for oral use only. Only use as directed and discard after use.
Do not modify nicotine pouches in any way or add any substance. Doing so may cause injury.
Do not store nicotine pouches in excessive temperatures or humidity, or outside of the can.
Keep the can closed when not in use.
Do not use nicotine pouches if they appear to be damaged, tampered with, or broken, and stop using if pouch becomes damaged during use.

Store your ZYN pouches in the can and in a place inaccessible to children. It is not necessary to store them in the freezer or refrigerator.
Do not store nicotine pouches in excessive temperatures or humidity, or outside of the can.

Studies have confirmed that ZYN nicotine pouches do not stain teeth.
* Non-clinical laboratory study conducted on range of nicotine pouches on teeth and the most widely used dental composites. Contrary to real world conditions, teeth were not exposed to other staining substances which may influence the results.
Once you’re done, you can temporarily dispose of used ZYN nicotine pouches in the compartment on the lid of the pack and permanently dispose of them in a household or a public rubbish bin. Always remember to store and dispose of nicotine pouches in a place inaccessible to children.
