TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFRESHED/SECOND HAND ZYN 3 DUO PURCHASE
1. You, the customer/purchaser, opted to buy a refreshed ZYN 3 DUO Kit and accept the current condition of the refreshed ZYN 3 DUO Kit “as is” which is a pre-owned or second hand device upon purchase.
2. You confirm to have received the complete contents of the refreshed ZYN 3 DUO Kit (holder, pocket charger, USB charging cable, power adaptor, a pack of cleaning sticks, cleaning tool & the user guides: quick start guide, safety instruction and warranty card).
3. You are aware and have understood, as explained by the authorized ZYN Representative (ZYN Coach or Sales Expert) that the warranty of this refreshed ZYN 3 DUO is only six (6) months from the date of purchase in the Philippines; and that refreshed ZYN 3 DUO is eligible for a one (1) time accidental damage replacement per device component (i.e. 1 x for holder and 1 x for pocket charger) in the duration of the warranty. To facilitate this, you need to contact the ZYN Customer Care or visit an ZYN Store for a replacement request, and the replacement is subject for assessment and terms and conditions of ZYN product replacement in the Philippines. Upon confirmation of the eligibility for replacement, the ZYN Customer Care or ZYN Store Sales Experts will arrange for the immediate replacement of the defective component of the refreshed ZYN 3 DUO. 4. You understand that PMFTC will at its option (but without affecting the End Consumers’ statutory rights) replace any components which are defective in terms of material or workmanship when used in accordance with the associated IQOS User Guide and which are subject to a valid voluntary warranty claim. This warranty is valid only in respect of ZYN devices registered in the Philippines in ZYN.com under the ZYN Warranty Terms and Conditions in the Philippines; and accessories purchased locally and through authorized resellers in the Philippines with supporting documents (i.e. proof of purchase, warranty card). Otherwise the warranty is considered invalid.
5. You understand and agree that refreshed ZYN 3 DUO defective components may be replaced with refreshed ZYN 3 DUO component or functionally equivalent component that is compatible with your device.
6. You confirm that you were given, presented and fully understood the safety instruction guide and the warranty card of a refreshed ZYN 3 DUO.
7. You agree to assume all risks and hereby releases and discharges PMFTC and its authorized distributor (Active Asia Inc./AAI) from any liabilities or damages that may arise after the purchase of the refreshed ZYN 3 DUO.
8. You understand that customer promotions such as but not limited to: Refer a Friend, Birthday Voucher and any other discount vouchers do not apply to the purchase of refreshed ZYN 3 DUO.
9. You understand that ZYN starter kit may be offered for the purchase of the customer’s first ZYN Kit; and in this case purchase of refreshed ZYN 3 DUO kit. Availing of the offer is not mandatory. You may choose not to avail of the offer even if eligible. ZYN starter kit is subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Details can be found in www.stg.iqos.com.
