Terms and Conditions: ZYN 10 Day Challenge - Win a Trip to New York
1. Introduction
By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all written instructions that we provide. Our instructions, including those in our ZYN 10 Day Challenge emails, are part of these terms and conditions.
2. Promoter
This competition is organized and promoted by Philip Morris Limited, located at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP (“we”, “our” or “us”).
3. Eligibility
To enter, you must:
· be an existing nicotine user; and
· be aged 18 or older; and
· be a resident of mainland Britain.
You cannot enter this competition if you:
· are an employee of Philip Morris International and one of its affiliate companies; or
· are a family member of a person employed by Philip Morris International or one of its affiliate companies; or
· work for an agency connected with the conduct and administration of this competition.
4. How to Enter
The competition opens on 26 February 2025 and closes 28 May 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
Entries outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.
For new ZYN customers:
·Request and receive a ZYN sample from zyn.com;
·Make sure that you’ve agreed to receive ZYN marketing email communications for the duration of your 10 Day Challenge so that we can send you emails about the ZYN 10 Day challenge;
·Complete the actions, as outlined in the ZYN 10 Day Challenge emails, within the specified timeframe; and
·Submit your end of challenge photograph to the community wall on ZYN.com.
For existing ZYN customers:
·Make sure that you’ve opted in to ZYN email marketing communications so that we can send you emails about the ZYN 10 Day challenge;
·Complete a series of challenges within the given timeframe; and
·Submit your end of challenge photograph to the community wall on ZYN.com.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Please note that if you opt out of the ZYN 10 Day Challenge at any point before submitting your end of challenge photograph, you will be disqualified from the competition and will not be able to re-enter.

· Submit your photograph to the community wall located on ZYN.com.
· Your photograph must adhere to the following rules and criteria.
o The photograph is your own original work.
o The photograph must not feature or promote:
anyone engaging in unlawful, risky, or dangerous behaviour;
vulgar, obscene, offensive or inappropriate language or imagery;
hate speech or discriminatory remarks;
violent, sexually explicit, graphic, pornographic or otherwise disturbing or suggestive content;
illegal activities or substances;
false, misleading or defamatory statements.
o A can of ZYN (that is lawfully sold and distributed in the UK) must be visible in the photograph.
o You must not use any intellectual property belonging to another person or business. Do not feature any third-party brand logos, or symbols or imagery associated with a third-party brand.
o Photographs must not use filters.
o Anyone featured in the photograph must be over the age of 25. Note, we reserve the right not to publish the photograph if we suspect that anyone appears to be under the age of 25. Our decision will be final.
o You must obtain permission to use the likeness and image of anyone else featured in the photograph.
Additionally, the following points must be understood and accepted:
·The photograph you submit will be visible and publicly available, and potentially accessible outside of the UK.
·You must waive any moral or similar rights you might have in relation to the photograph, including the right to be identified as the author, that might exist now or in the future, worldwide.
·You must provide us with permission to edit, copy, adapt, or translate the photograph as required. Extracts, summaries, or parts of photographs may be used individually or included in other content, publications, recordings, or any graphic promotions, sound, or audio-visual databases of any nature.
·You must not make any statement or disclose any information, materials, or photographs relating to the photograph to any person/legal entity. In particular, you must agree not to post on social networking websites, web bulletin boards, or chat rooms anything to do with Philip Morris Limited or its group companies, including the use of hashtags.
·You are entitled to access, rectify, block, complete and delete personal data, as it relates to you, and to request and explanation about the processing. To do this, use the contact information provided within these terms and conditions. Please be advised that there are limitations to your rights, for example, access may be denied the information would reveal personal data about another person or if we’re legally prevented from disclosing such information.
5. Prize
The winner will receive a weekend trip to New York for themself and three guests. All guests must be over the age of 18.
The prize includes:
·Flights from the UK to New York;
·Accommodation in the city (minimum two adults sharing);
·A daily subsistence allowance of £1,000 for the group;
·An airport transfer between the winner’s home and the airport (departure from and arrival to the UK);
·An airport transfer between the airport and hotel (arrival and return)
The prize must be used between 26 -29 July 2025 or 2-5 August 2025. If the winner cannot travel on either date, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. Further information about the prize shall be provided to the winner upon selection.
We will be responsible for organizing travel, accommodation and subsistence allowance. Winners and their guests are responsible for:
·Ensuring they have appropriate travel documentation, including a valid passport and visa, for entry into the USA;
·Providing accurate passport and visa information to us at point of booking;
·Securing travel insurance valid for use in the USA;
·Authorizing an absence from their place of work;
·Having access to sufficient funds for spending money whilst in the USA.
We will not be responsible for any loss of earnings or use of any paid leave you may be entitled to from your employer.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Entrants that comply with clause 4 are eligible to win.
The winner will be selected on 06 June 2025 based on the quality, skill, creativity and relevance of the end of the challenge photograph submitted via the community page on ZYN.com as part of the ZYN 10 Day Challenge.
The winner will be notified within two business days. If the winner cannot be contacted within this period, a new winner will be chosen. Our decision is final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into about it.
We must make available information indicating a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who calls our customer service number on 0808 502 2577 or write to our registered address by 15/08/2025. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please let us know using the contact information provided. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity that we require, including the use of winner’s name and image in promotional material.
Note that the winner and their guests will also be required to participate in limited promotional filming whilst in New York, further details and a filming release form shall be provided upon acceptance of the prize.
8. Data Protection
Unless we tell you otherwise, we will only process your personal information as set out in our privacy policy, which can be found here. We will share your information with trusted third-parties for the sole purpose of fulfilling your prize.
9. Liability
We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. We accept no responsibility for persons excluded because their entries are not successfully completed due to technical fault.
10. General
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The competition and these terms will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
