Quick start IQOS 3 Multi

Be sure the IQOS 3 Multi is charged (more on this under Charging the device). To turn your device on, press and hold the on/off button for four seconds.

Gently slide the latch to the side.
Press and hold the on/off button until the Holder vibrates. This is when the heating phase begins.
During the heating phase, use light pressure to slide the tobacco stick to the silver line in the Holder (Important: be sure the tobacco stick goes in straight in order to avoid damage to the heating blade).
As soon as the heating phase has ended, the IQOS 3 Multi will vibrate again two times and the LED will remain white to indicate that your device is now ready for use. Consumption duration is approximately the same as one cigarette.
With your IQOS 3 Multi, you can enjoy up to 10 HEETS tobacco sticks without having to recharge.

Charging the IQOS 3 Multi

Press the on/off button on your IQOS Multi: The LED display on the bottom will indicate the battery charge level.
If the battery in your IQOS 3 Multi is empty, use the corresponding IQOS charging cable and USB adapter to recharge. Your IQOS is charged once the light bar is blinking.
It takes 75 minutes to fully charge the IQOS 3 Multi.
Once the light bar is fully lit, your IQOS 3 Multi is ready to be used again.

Cleaning the IQOS 3 Multi

For consistent tobacco flavor, daily cleaning is recommended using the IQOS Cleaning Stick:

Be sure to let your IQOS 3 Multi cool down fully before you start cleaning (at least 30 seconds after the last use). For best results, the Cleaning Stick should be kept clean and in its original state.
Remove the lid and tap the device gently in order to loosen the residue tobacco.
Now remove the lid from the Cleaning Stick. Keep the Cleaning Stick straight and carefully insert it into your IQOS 3 Multi until it touches the bottom. Turn it multiple times only after it has reached the bottom.
Your Holder should be cleaned using the IQOS Cleaning Sticks after around 20 tobacco sticks. Be sure not to exert too much pressure and not to touch the heating blade.
