Return

You can withdraw from a contract within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product you wish to return must be in intact condition.

1. Send us your declaration of withdrawal by e-mail to contact.pl@iqos.com or in writing to the following address: Arvato-Services, Philip Morris International, Kopytów 44D Hala DC4, 05-870 Błonie k. Warszawy.
2. Pack the product you want to return carefully.
3. Please include a return form with your shipment (you can download it here).
4. Send the product via any courier company or post to the following address:
   Arvato Polska, Kopytów 44 D, 05-870 Błonie. You are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.

You can only return an order placed in the online store in the online store. Go to “How can I return an ordered product” for details.

The form of refund for the order depends on how the order was paid for. If you paid by payment card or by transfer via fast online transfers, the refund is made to the same payment card or bank account. 
If you return an order paid for on delivery, the funds will be refunded to the account you indicated in the return form.
We will refund the funds no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
