Delivery is free when ordering a minimum of 5 cans.
What delivery methods are available?
Parcels are delivered by the DHL courier company to the address provided in the order. When delivering the parcel, the courier will verify your age and identity.
Can the order be delivered to a collection point or parcel locker?
Currently, in our store it is not possible to order a shipment with pickup at a parcel locker or collection point. Parcels are delivered by the DHL courier company to the address provided in the order.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
After handing over the parcel to the courier company, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, as well as an e-mail with a link to track the parcel on the DHL website.
You can also track the parcel from your account on ZYN.com - log in, go to the “ORDER HISTORY” section and click “Track order”.
What happens if the courier doesn’t find me at home?
Don’t worry, the courier will try to deliver the parcel twice.
However, if both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
