Klarna Deferred payment
What is the deferred payment method?
This is a method of deferring payment for purchases for 30 days. This means that without using your own funds, you can purchase a product in our online store today and repay the funds to Klarna without additional costs within 30 days from the date of transaction.
How can I use the Klarna deferred payment method?
When selecting the payment method in the cart, select “Klarna (deferred payments)”.
After selecting this payment option, you will be redirected to the Klarna website. In the next step, Klarna will verify your creditworthiness (if you don’t already have a Klarna user account, you’ll start by creating one). If you want to make a purchase with Klarna, you must provide your full name, address, email address, and PESEL number. For some orders you may also be required to provide your mobile phone number or date of birth. All information, including payment reminders and links to your online invoices, will be sent to your email address. It is very important to provide correct data. Otherwise you will not receive payment information.
After positive verification of your creditworthiness by Klarna, you will click “Pay with K” and finalise your order. You will also receive an email from Klarna confirming your order.
When does the 30-day payment period start?
The time for payment is counted from the date of purchase. You will also receive information confirming the repayment date in an email from Klarna.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
To help you pay on time, Klarna will notify you two days before your payment is due – you will receive a push notification from the Klarna app or an email reminder to pay – and if the delay is very long, Klarna will also send you an SMS or letter. Klarna may charge fees for late and/or missed repayments. If you do not pay on time or do not fulfil your obligations, you may be refused access to Klarna services in the future. If you fail to pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage a third party agency to collect the debt on its behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort.
Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email or in the Klarna app to pay for your order.
