Doug Tunison has over seventeen years experience in federal project, facilities and contract management. Currently the Manager of Technical Services for Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center, Doug manages energy-related project development, planning, execution and technology transfer activities. Prior to coming to RMOTC in 1996, Doug served as a Civil Engineer Corps officer for the U.S. Navy. Doug holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of Kansas and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
