Early Registration Discount: Advance, full conference discounted registration is available through August 14, 2009 at a special rate of $345. After August 14 and on-site, registration will be $395. BONUS: Credit Cards used for early registration will not be processed until August 24, 2009!

The registration fee includes: Monday evening reception, Tuesday breakfast, lunch, Wednesday breakfast, lunch and Awards Banquet.

Extra Reception/Award Banquet tickets are $40

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations are transferable when requested in writing. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and faxed or mailed to Zyn Systems, P.O. Box 3057. Sequim, WA 98382. Phone: 360-582-9106 Fax: 360-681-8885. Cancellations received by August 17, 2009 will be refunded, less a $30 processing fee. NO refunds will be given for cancellations after August 17, 2009 or for no-shows.

HOTEL REGISTRATION

A limited number of special government per diem rate rooms are available for registered conference attendees at $123+tax single/double, on a first come first served basis. The prevailing rate for the Hyatt San Francisco Airport is over $230. The cutoff date for the special conference per diem room rate is Friday, August 14, 2009 or until the block is sold out (whichever comes first). San Francisco is a popular destination and rooms sell out fast, so please make your reservations early!
