The FLC will honor Dr. Mike Sullivan of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, Point Mugu by presenting him with the Harold Metcalf Award at the FLC Meeting in Tucson, AZ, May 7, 2003. The Harold Metcalf Award is given to an FLC Representative who has made a notable contribution to the FLC in terms of sustained support and service.
